CARBON: 1 kit includes 2 blood pressure cuffs, (1 large, 1 small) , 1 electronic blood pressure reader from Greater Goods LLC, A/C adapter, canvas travel case, 2 spiral bound booklets (English & Spanish), 1 zip-lock bag containing 1 heart-shaped stress ball, 2 log booklets (English and Spanish), 3 magnets, assorted handouts; inside a toolbox.

JOHNSON: 1 kit includes 2 blood pressure cuffs (1 large, 1 adult), 1 electronic blood pressure device, 1 soft black case for blood pressure device, 1 laminated booklet, 1 plastic zip-lock bag with items the patron can keep, all within a toolbox.

LARAMIE: 1 kit includes 1 blood pressure readout device (Greater Goods, LLC), 1 adult blood pressure cuff (fits arm sizes- 8 3/4"- 20 1/2"), A/C charging cord, 4 AAA batteries in device, 1 information booklet (English), 1 information booklet (Spanish), 1 bag of items for patron to keep, all within a toolbox.

LINCOLN: 1 kit includes 1 blood pressure device, 1 charger for blood pressure device, 1 large arm cuff, 1 soft black case for blood pressure device, 1 laminated booklet, 1 plastic zip-lock bag with items the patron can keep, all within a toolbox.

SWEETWATER: 1 kit includes 1 large blood pressure cuff, 1 electronic blood pressure reader from Greater Goods LLC, 1 power cable, 1 English guide, 1 Spanish guide, 1 hand grip, 1 English logbook, 1 Spanish logbook, 4 alcohol prep pads, 2 magnets, assorted handouts.

TETON: 1 kit includes 1 blood pressure cuff and machine, 1 laminated guide in English, 1 lamintated guide in Spanish, 1 charging cord, 1 ziplock bag filled with handouts the patron may keep.
