Summary
Madeline and the dog show: In an old house in Paris, covered with vines, lived twelve little girls in two straight lines, with their doggie named Genevieve, faithful and true. There was nothing Genevieve could not do! Madeline's rescue: Madeline falls into the river and is rescued by Genevieve (the dog). She becomes adopted by the girls of the school, but the trustees disapprove and Genevieve is banished.
